I am once again on track to meet my 52 in 52 challenge. Of course I was on track for the first three months of last year too before it all went to heck. But I am not going to worry to much about it and just keep plugging along. So without further ado in January I read:
1) Black Rose: Book Two of the In the Garden Trilogy by Nora Roberts - in this installment we learn more about the Harper Bride as she turns violent towards Roz as she falls in love.
2) Batter Off Dead: A Pennsylvania Dutch Mystery by Tamar Myers - in this book our heroine Magdalena is searching for the person who killed a local woman at the church's pancake breakfast while caring for her newborn son.
3) Red Lilly: Book Three of the In the Garden Trilogy by Nora Roberts - in the final book of the series we discover the fate of Harper Bride while watching Hayley and Harper fall in love.
4) Butter Safe Than Sorry: A Pennsylvania Dutch Mystery by Tamar Myers - Magdalena and her young son are involved in a bank robbery by three alleged Amish men but she knows things are not what they appear to be.
I guess this was the month of ghosts and cozies. Until next time ....
