Another week comes to an end and these are the things I am currently thankful for.
1) That I have managed to work out 4 days this week.
2) That my BIL is recovering. He was admitted to the hospital on Monday because his blood sugar was at 640. I was scared that I was going to have to help my hubby plan a funeral.
3) That I managed to finish reading two books this week.

Holy Crap that's high. I hope your BIL is well on the road to recovery (and managing what I'm guessing is Type II Diabetes). Good on you for your workouts :-)
