Wednesdays Are For Knitting and Reading

On the knitting front I have caught up on my preemie hat knitting for the year. Both of these hats are knit in Premier Just Worsted in Yellow.

 This is the hat for October and the pattern is the BERT Baby Hat. 

The November baby hat is the Floriana Baby Hat pattern.

On the reading front I am still reading Girl, Wash Your Face. I love her stories and relate to her way more than I thought I would. Since my last update I finished Haunted Copper Country: The History & Ghost Stories of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula by Lisa Shiel. I was a bit disappointed in this one. It was heavier on the history than the paranormal which is not necessarily bad it just was not what I was expecting. I am now reading Life Is Magic: My Inspiring Journey from Tragedy to Self-Discovery by Jon Dorenbos. This is a very interesting book. When the author was 12 his father murdered his mother which set forth the events that would obviously change his life forever.
