I can hardly believe that today is the last Monday of January. Here is what I am currently thinking about.
1) Unfortunately our Lions did not win last night and will not going to the Super Bowl. They had a great season though and we can not really complain.
2) I am in a bit of a funk again. I need to have my blood sugar checked because I think they are high which is part of the problem but the cold and snow we have been dealing with are not helping either.
3) I took a mental health day today and I do feel a bit better so I am hoping this can help me get through the week.
