Wednesdays Are For Knitting and Reading

My knitting for the New Year is off to a good start. I finished the preemie hat for January.

This is the Gentle Breeze Baby Hat in Premier Yarn Just Worsted in Yellow. 

I have started on some coasters as well. I have finished one and have started the second. I am still debating if I want to make them in 3 or 5 groups.

The pattern is Knit Basket or Checkerboard Coasters and the yarn is Premier Yarns Just Cotton in Faded Denim.

On the reading front I am now on book 4 of the Christmas in Maine series. I am enjoying the story but man are there a lot of typos and it is really starting to bug me. I am also still reading You Are a Badass. I like how she is able to talk about spirituality without beating you over the head with it.
