Another week has begun and this is what is currently on my mind.
1) Last week was really bad for me mentally and emotionally. I didn't even want to be around myself. I am very thankful that I am over it and feeling much better.
2) I have been tracking certain habits since 2015. It used to motivate me but now I am feeling more anxiety about it. I get upset if I miss one day and beat myself up. I am seriously considering stopping for my mental health.
3) Football season is over and like I do every year I feel like I am not sure what to do with all the time I have free now.
