100 Happy Days
One day I was going through my Instagram feed and saw Fifikins' post about participating in 100 Happy Days. I was very intrigued by the idea. The requirement is to take a picture of something that makes you happy for the day and post it with #100happydays.
I have been struggling with depression and anxiety my entire life but the last 18 months have been really bad. With health issues, financial issues and family issues I have not always been able to look at the bright side. I decided to participate so I can focus more on all that I have and less on the negative. You can follow me on Instagram to see my posts. I do have it set to private but as long as I can tell you are a knitter I will approve your request. I may post pictures here from time to time but I do not want to overwhelm the blog with this.
I will share today's picture with you. Happiness is springlike temperatures.
