Ten on Tuesday
This week's topic is 10 Ways to Beat Insomnia. Luckily I rarely have trouble sleeping so I do not need to use these tips.
1) Usually when I cannot sleep it is because I have a million things on my mind. Clearing your mind will help but it is not easy to do.
3) Get out of bed
4) Do not watch the clock
5) Do some light stretches
6) Have a snack
7) Wake up your significant other for some adult time
8) Take a bath or shower
That is all I can think of at this time.
