I am going to be honest that I am really struggling to come up with things to be thankful for this week. The results of the election have just broken my heart and spirit. If you feel the same please know that you are not alone and that good will always triumph over evil - it may hurt like hell for awhile but it will. And if you're happy about the results you can take your hateful ass elsewhere. But here are the things I can think of to be thankful for right now.
1) Even though I hate the result at least the election is over which means no more political ads on my TV or flyers in my mailbox.
2) That after quite a few unexpected expenses this past month we were able to scrape together rent for November.
3) That I have a wonderful husband and 2 terrific sons who make everything worth while.
