Back to Reality

So we returned from our week in the Keweenaw Pennisula on Saturday night. I was very impressed with how well Clark did, especially during the 27 hours in the car on the way there and back. We had a lot of fun hanging out with my dad, his fiance, my sister and my youngest niece. We also celebrated a special anniversary on Thursday. It was 10 years ago on August 20th that Jerry and I met. We left Clark with the family and had a nice dinner out alone for the first time in I don't know how long. I did not knit much while there and what I did manage to knit I had to rip back because I screwed up. Oh well such is life I guess. I leave you with a picture of Clark on his fist trip to the beach. He played in the sand for quite awhile which really surprised me.
