Fitness Friday

Time to check in.

Weight: I was up 0.6 lbs this week. Considering how bad my eating was I am happy with this. I still have not taken my measurements.

Exercise: This week I managed 25 minutes Monday-Wednesday and 20 minutes Thursday and Friday.

Food: things have been better this week. I only had one bad day where there were some cookies involved.

All in all I am pretty happy with this week. Until next time ....
