I need to come up with a button or something for these updates. Time to check in.
Weight: I was up .01 lbs for the week. This is only proving that the exercise is working now I just need to get the eating down.
Exercise: I am doing 25 minutes everyday. However, I feel the need to push myself harder. It seems sometimes like I am hardly breaking a sweat so I need to push it into another gear.
Food: again this week has not been so good food wise. There has been major stress eating this week.
Again not the worst week but not the best either. Until next time ....
