Weight: I am down an amazing 3.8 lbs for the last 2 weeks. I have no idea how this happened but I will not complain.
Exercise: last week was really bad. I only worked out 1 day. I smashed the big toe of my left foot with the vacuum cleaner two weeks ago and it was very painful to walk on. This week was better and I managed to workout 3 out of 5 days.
Food: I have been doing pretty well here too. Of course being totally broke helps because I do not have the money to by junk food. I did have 2 cookies at work the other day but otherwise I have been avoiding sweets as much as possible.
