Fitness Friday on Saturday

I totally forgot to do this yesterday. Last week I skipped because there was not much fitness to be had around these parts. So without further ado here is this week's check in.

Weight: I am down 1.9 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I am pleasantly surprised by this.
the loss.

Exercise: this past week I did manage to workout 4 out of 5 days. The week before I did not workout at all so that is why I am pleasantly surprised by the loss.

Food: things have bee a little better here. I do really well during the day but then eat way to much at night after Clark goes to bed. I need to cut back on this night time eating.

Eating at night is the worst thing, so if you can overcome that I bet the pounds would come off even faster! You are doing great keep it up :)

Consider doing away with the new word verifications. They are really getting annoying. I don't use any and have been getting zero spam. The spam filters have been improved greatly :)

I'm going to Weight Watchers and have lost almost 10 lbs. It's tough but something I HAVE to do. Hang in there! You can do it!
