Weight: down another 2.7 lbs for the week. This makes for a total lost of 16.5 lbs since October.
Exercise: I managed to workout 4 of 5 days this week. I am having a hard time finding my motivation lately. Maybe with the weather changing my motivation will improve.
Eating: doing better with the eating. I have managed to avoid a few temptations but I did get a large Campfire Mocha cooler at knitting the other night.
All in all not to bad for this week. Until next time ....
