Fitness Friday

Weight: down another 2.7 lbs for the week. This makes for a total lost of 16.5 lbs since October.

Exercise: I managed to workout 4 of 5 days this week. I am having a hard time finding my motivation lately. Maybe with the weather changing my motivation will improve.

Eating: doing better with the eating. I have managed to avoid a few temptations but I did get a large Campfire Mocha cooler at knitting the other night.

All in all not to bad for this week. Until next time ....

Good for you! It's ironic, it's so easy to gain weight (when you don't want to!), but so hard for it to come off. Your hard work is paying off!
