FO: Checkers Afghan Square

I heard about the Squares for Comfort KAL on the Knitting Brooklyn podcast. My goal for 2013 is to knit more for charity so I decided to start early and whip one up.

The pattern is Checkers Afghan Square which is a nice basketweave pattern. It was easy to memorize and made for good TV knitting. The darker pink is Bernat Softee Chunky in Pale Antique Rose and the brighter pink is Pound of Love in Bubble Gum. I wanted to make more but they are due by the end of the year and I am in serious Christmas knitting.

 I have two more FOs that I need to blog about. One has been almost 3 years in the making. Until next time ....
