FO: Wisteria Arbor Shawl

When I pick a project I find myself going to Ravelry and picking something that can be downloaded from the site. I completely forget about my books and magazines. Part of this maybe because they are in the basement - out of sight out of mind after all. Last year I decided to knit more from my books and magazines and the first project I picked was the Wisteria Arbor Shawl from the Sock Yarn One-Skein Wonders book.

Raveled

The yarn is Knit Picks Stroll Tonal in Deep Waters. The yarn is a beautiful blue-purple that does not show up well in pictures. I really enjoyed bot the yarn and the pattern. I used every last bit of yarn and was a little afraid I was not going to make it. The pattern increases are done in an interesting way and the lace was very easy to memorize. I am very happy with this one and have been wearing it quite a bit lately. Until next time ....

Love it! That color of blue really appeals to me - and the pattern shows it off well!

That's a beautiful shawl, and I love Stroll Tonal - great colours. I too forget about my books and magazines - thanks for the reminder to look through them.
