Monday again already?

Why can't work days fly by and weekends drag? Is that to much to ask? This weekend went by so fast. Saturday was my niece's 7th birthday party (her birthday is actually today - love ya Rachel!). On our way home Jerry and I stopped at Salvation Army on Orchard Lake where I bought a new makeup bag, a cute compact and a shirt to unravel. However, I think I actually like the shirt and will wear it if it fits. Then we ate dinner at the Rochester Mills Beer Co. Not only was the food really good (and cheap) but it is located in an old knitting factory! I think we definitely need to make this a stop n our knitter's pub crawl one day!

I finished another dishcloth - the April Mid-Month KAL. All the details are located here. Yesterday I actually picked up Clapotis and finished 2 repeats. At this rate it will be done sometime in 2010!

I leave you with a couple of pictures of the beautiful tree outside our apartment building.

This is a definite sign that spring is finally here! Until next time ....

Amby - I never knew there was a knitting factory here either. It's really cool though. I also love Michigan springs Janette and I love the falls too!
