It was a close call but I managed to stay on track in June. We had a 4 day trip to Atlanta for a wedding so I did not get much reading done during those days. In June I did finish:
1) Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah - Dr Julia Cates returns in disgrace to her hometown to help her police chief sister solve the mystery of a young girl who emerges from the woods unable to speak.
2) A Walk in the Park by Jill Mansell - after the death of her estranged father Lara Carson returns to her hometown with her daughter. She faces many challenges - most notably the father of her child who has o idea that she exists.
3) The Next Always by Nora Roberts - in the first book of the Inn Boonsboro trilogy we meet the Montgomery brothers as they work to restore the historic B&B in their hometown.
4) The Lies We Told by Diane Chamberlain - Maya and Rebecca Ward are sisters who are physicians but they could not be any different. After a hurricane hits near their home they - along with Maya's husband - they face the changes the event brings to their lives.
Until next time ....
